How Message Center contacts work on IWantClips
Your contacts are customers who have formed a qualifying interaction with your store or services. The platform creates these records through activity; the contact list is not an address book for manually adding any person you choose.
How contacts are added
The documented qualifying interactions include buying content, placing custom orders, sending tips, using phone services, or messaging you first.
A social-media follower is not automatically a Message Center contact. Likewise, knowing someone's username does not necessarily make them available for unsolicited messaging through your store.
Find and understand a contact
Use the contact controls to search, sort, and review the available customer information. The documented options include activity, spending-related information, and blocked status.
Treat a displayed statistic according to its label. Content purchases, tips, custom orders, and paid-message purchases describe different kinds of activity; one field should not automatically be read as the customer's total lifetime spending across every service.
Message or block
Open the relevant contact when you need to review the conversation or send an eligible message. Saved messaging lists can help organize campaigns, but list membership should reflect the audience you intend to reach.
Blocking controls need the same care. Check which feature is restricted instead of assuming a messaging block hides the entire store or disables every connected service.
Keep customer information inside the tools needed for your work. Do not publish a contact's private details or use a spending record to promise them something that conflicts with the platform's rules.
