Set up automated messages on IWantClips

Automated messages are sent when a fan completes an enabled action, such as making their first clip purchase from your store. They are different from a message scheduled for a chosen date.

Configure a trigger

Open Message Center → Settings → Automated Messages. Enable the relevant trigger and enter the message you want associated with it.

Use wording that makes sense whenever the action happens. Avoid promising immediate personal availability if the automation can run while you are away.

Add optional paid media

An automated message does not need an attachment. To add one, use the attachment control and select one file from your Media Library.

If you charge for a pay-to-view unlock, an attachment is required. The documented automated PTV price range is $1–$10,000.

Review the file, recipient context, text, and price together. A regular message and a paid media unlock should not be described as the same offer.

Save the configuration

Select Save after making changes. Choosing Cancel leaves the edits unsaved.

Return to the trigger list to check the enabled state. Turning one automation off does not cancel a different scheduled campaign or resolve an existing custom order.
