Can Stripchat Models Share Social Media or Contact Details?

Stripchat places restrictions on using the platform to move viewers to external websites, services, payments or shows.

Models should be particularly careful about repeatedly encouraging viewers to communicate or spend money somewhere else.

Can I move a viewer to another website for a show?

Stripchat prohibits using its platform to arrange off-platform shows.

You shouldn't use your Stripchat account primarily to direct viewers to another live-streaming or content subscription service.

Can I take payment outside Stripchat?

Stripchat's rules prohibit arranging off-platform payments with viewers for services offered through your Stripchat interactions.

Keep Stripchat transactions within the platform rather than asking viewers to pay you through an outside payment method.

What about Skype or other messaging services?

Stripchat strongly discourages models from persuading viewers to move conversations to external communication services such as Skype.

Agreements made outside Stripchat also fall outside the protections and controls available through the platform.

How can viewers contact me when I'm offline?

You don't necessarily need to move regular viewers elsewhere simply to stay in contact.

Stripchat provides private messages, allowing eligible viewers to communicate with you when you're not broadcasting. See how Friends and private messages work.

Its mobile web app also makes it possible to access Stripchat messages from your phone.

Can I promote another cam or subscription platform?

Stripchat prohibits using accounts to promote competing live-streaming and content subscription services or primarily drive users away from Stripchat.

Referral links are another important exception to understand: Stripchat's own referral links are intended to be shared outside Stripchat, not promoted within the platform itself.
