Handle unwanted contact on My.Club

My.Club provides different controls for limiting contact, removing club access, and reporting misconduct. Choose the action according to what you need to stop.

Understand the controls

Restrict prevents the account from messaging you, commenting, or using your Request Menu. Block prevents access to your club for the selected period. Report asks My.Club to investigate behavior that may violate its rules.

Reporting can also offer a blocking option. A report alone should not be assumed to apply every access restriction.

Block through chat

Open the conversation, use the three-dot menu, and select Block. Choose the duration and confirm. The interface may also let you delete the person's comments.

My.Club's comment guidance says blocking cancels an active membership. Consider the access effect, but do not assume cancellation automatically settles every payment question or creates a refund.

For serious threats or repeated abuse, preserve relevant messages before deleting them. Report through official controls rather than posting private information about the person or responding with harassment.
