Understand My.Club followers and club members

A follower has chosen to follow your profile without buying club membership. A member has purchased a membership plan. These relationships provide different access.

Access and messaging

My.Club's guide says followers can view public teaser posts and see your club in their Memberships area, but cannot start ordinary member chat with you.

Members can access membership content and send messages. That does not necessarily include every Secret post, paid message, custom request, or call you offer separately.

The Digital Twin has its own documented guest and nonmember interaction rules. Do not assume those automated interactions establish a paid membership.

Make useful offers to followers

Followers are an available audience for mass messages. Share a relevant preview or explain what the club includes, with access and pricing that match the actual settings.

Use content you are comfortable distributing to that audience. Avoid promising that curiosity or a particular message will inevitably produce a subscription.

Membership counts, follower counts, and purchases are different statistics. Review them separately when deciding whether a promotion worked.
