Organize your My.Club audience with lists

Lists group accounts so you can select a relevant audience, including for mass messages. Open Lists through your profile menu or the Lists page.

Smart lists and custom lists

My.Club provides predefined Smart lists, such as All fans, Followers, and Ex-members. These system lists cannot be edited or deleted through the controls described in the guide.

To create your own group, select + New List. A custom list supports adding users and actions such as editing, duplicating, favoriting, or deleting the list.

Check the audience before sending

Choose a list that fits the message and offer. A promotion for new members may be confusing if it is sent to people already paying for the same benefit.

Review the selected recipients when using multiple groups. Do not assume a list name guarantees that every account has the same current membership or purchase entitlement.

Use lists inside My.Club's permitted messaging tools; they are not permission to collect personal contact details for unsolicited messages elsewhere.
