Send or schedule a My.Club mass message

Mass messages send the same communication to a selected audience. You can make the offer free or choose a paid unlock; My.Club uses the same price for all recipients of that message.

Prepare the message

Start through Create or New Mass Message in chat. Select the intended audience, such as paid members, followers, paying nonmembers, or a custom list.

Add the text and media, then check the access price. My.Club allows up to 15 photos or videos in a mass message.

Describe paid content clearly so recipients understand what unlocking it provides. A mass message is not automatically included in someone's membership simply because they receive it.

Send now or schedule

Use the sending control for immediate delivery. To queue the message, choose Schedule message beneath the input area, set the date and time, save, then confirm with the green Schedule message button.

Check the queued item in Content Planner. Choosing a time without final confirmation is not enough to rely on the schedule.

Review results

The chat's Mass Messages tab shows information such as reads and paid purchases. Use those records to evaluate the offer; a recipient count does not mean everyone read or bought it.
