How to check a message waiting for IWantClips review

Messages containing visual media can require moderation before delivery. If a prepared message has not reached customers, check its review status before sending another copy.

Find the pending entry

Open the pending-message area in Message Center. Match the entry to its intended recipients and content, particularly when several campaigns use similar wording.

The documented review allowance is up to three business days. Plan media-based promotions around that allowance rather than treating the Send button as a promise of immediate publication.

Understand the status

In Review means moderation has not finished. An approved message can proceed through the relevant sending or scheduling workflow. A rejected message needs attention to the reason it was not accepted.

The section's notification indicator relates to new rejection information. It should not be read as a simple count of every file currently awaiting review.

Completed status records are retained there for the documented two-week period, so keep any information you need for your own records.

Change or remove the right entry

Use the controls offered for the entry's current state. The pending-review area permits deletion of an entry still in review; approved scheduled messages are managed through their scheduling controls before delivery.

Do not assume a queue deletion recalls an already delivered message or reverses a customer's media purchase.

If a review appears overdue, contact support with the relevant message details and submission date. Avoid repeated duplicate submissions, which make it harder to identify the original item.
