How to View Your OBS Preview While Using Chaturbate Chat
OBS can show a separate preview window over the browser so you can watch the camera composition while reading chat.
Open the preview window
- 1.In OBS, open Settings → General.
- 2.Enable Make projectors always on top, where available, and save.
- 3.Right-click the preview and choose Windowed Projector (Preview).
- 4.Move and resize that window beside your Chaturbate chat.
Menu wording can vary by OBS version. Use the preview projector rather than accidentally capturing your entire desktop into the live scene.
Know what the preview proves
The projector shows the local OBS image, not confirmation that Chaturbate is receiving it correctly. Check the broadcast page's online status and OBS connection statistics separately.
Position the window so it does not hide warnings or private-show requests. At the end, select Stop Streaming in OBS; closing the preview or browser does not necessarily stop the broadcast.
