Allow camera and microphone access for Chaturbate
Chaturbate's browser broadcaster needs permission to use both your camera and microphone. A device can be connected correctly and still be unavailable because the browser has blocked access.
Enable access for the site
- 1.Open Chaturbate's broadcast page in the browser you plan to use.
- 2.When the browser requests camera or microphone access, choose Allow.
- 3.If you previously blocked access, open the site's permissions using the control beside the address bar. Change camera and microphone access to Allow.
- 4.Reload the broadcast page, then choose the correct camera and microphone in its device selectors.
The permission panel's name and location vary by browser. Check the permission for Chaturbate itself; enabling a camera on a different website does not grant access here.
If the devices are still blocked
Check your computer or phone's privacy settings to make sure that browser can access the camera and microphone. Close other applications using the devices and try again.
Test the picture and audio before starting the show. If you broadcast through OBS instead, select the devices inside OBS rather than treating the browser's camera preview as the encoder feed.
