Fix a broadcast feed that does not appear on Chaturbate

Start by finding where the picture disappears. A missing camera preview and an encoder that fails to reach Chaturbate need different checks.

Check your local picture

If you use the browser broadcaster, confirm that Chaturbate has camera permission and that the correct camera is selected. Close other applications that may be using it.

If you use OBS or another encoder, check its preview first. A black preview usually points to the scene, source, or camera connection; changing the Chaturbate server will not repair a missing source inside OBS.

Check the outgoing connection

When the encoder preview works but Chaturbate shows no feed, confirm that streaming is actually running. Check the server and stream key against the information in your own broadcast page. A regenerated key must also be updated in the encoder.

Look for connection errors or dropped frames. Pause other large uploads and try a lower bitrate if the connection cannot sustain the current output.

Ask for targeted help

If the feed still fails, tell support whether you use the browser or an encoder, whether the local preview works, and any exact error message. Include your browser or encoder version and when the problem occurred. Remove stream keys and other credentials from screenshots.
