How to Offer DirectChat Without Pre-Booked Phone Chat

You can offer AdultWork DirectChat while disabling the separate pre-booked Phone Chat booking form.

Change the setting

1. 1.Check that Phone Chat is enabled in your offered services.
2. 2.Open Edit Profile and select the Phone Chat tab.
3. 3.Select DirectChat Only: Disable Pre-booked Phone Chat.
4. 4.Save the change.

This disables the pre-booked Phone Chat form. DirectChat remains a separate service where members call through AdultWork's system rather than arranging a booking first.

Check your availability too

Choosing DirectChat Only does not replace setting your Phone Chat availability or correctly configuring the receiving number and rate. Review those settings before expecting calls.

Use this option when you want spontaneous DirectChat calls but do not want members to submit pre-booked phone sessions.
