Why an AdultWork Booking SMS May Arrive Late

AdultWork says it sends booking notifications when the booking is made, but the mobile network and handset determine delivery afterward.

Check the likely causes

Review reception, whether the phone was switched on, message storage, and provider delays. Adult-service verification or shortcode restrictions may affect some notifications even when ordinary texts arrive.

Check the exact alert and displayed cost. Related articles distinguish free booking alerts from paid or reverse-charged services, so do not assume every notification needs the same balance or fee.

Do not rely on SMS alone

For time-sensitive requests, check the booking page and the other enabled notification routes. A delayed text does not necessarily mean the booking itself was created late.

If the pattern continues, give support the booking time, message arrival time, network, and alert type. Those details help distinguish site generation from network delivery.
