Understand SkyPrivate's chargeback protection

SkyPrivate states that model earnings from eligible calls, tips, and prepayments are protected against member chargebacks. That policy concerns how SkyPrivate treats the creator's earnings; it does not mean a member is unable to contact their bank.

Know the exceptions

The published protection excludes situations involving fraud, money laundering, or violations of the site's rules. Do not present it as an unconditional guarantee that every payment is final under every circumstance.

A refund agreed through the platform or ordered through its dispute process is a separate issue from chargeback protection. A protected transaction can still need investigation if the session was not delivered or the agreement is disputed.

Respond to suspicious activity

Be cautious about unusual payment behavior, especially requests to move money, make payments on someone else's behalf, or return funds through an outside method.

Do not split or rearrange transactions to evade checks. Keep the relevant records and ask official support to review concerns through the platform.

For a specific case, use the actual transaction and report history. Studio or FLASH payout arrangements remain separate from this native platform policy and should not be inferred from the word “protected.”
