Turn off prepayments on SkyPrivate
You can disable SkyPrivate's direct-payment option if you do not want to accept new prepayments. This setting is separate from your pay-per-minute rate.
Change the setting
- 1.Sign in to your creator account.
- 2.Open Settings → Payments → Settings.
- 3.Find Direct payments and select No.
- 4.Save the change.
Check the saved setting before telling members that prepayments are unavailable.
Deal with existing payments separately
Turning off direct payments does not resolve a payment you have already received or replace your agreement with that member. Check the transaction history for outstanding arrangements and either provide the agreed session or address the refund through the appropriate account process.
If you work through a studio, contact its administrator when a refund requires studio action. For payments managed through FLASH, use FLASH's applicable support and payment process rather than assuming your creator account has independent withdrawal or refund controls.
Only use a payment route SkyPrivate permits. Disabling native prepayments is not permission to move member payments to an outside service.
