Understand SkyPrivate's report and appeal process
SkyPrivate reviews the agreement, payment, call records, and evidence from the people involved. A complaint does not automatically establish that a refund or penalty is justified.
Respond with complete context
Provide the agreed price and duration, conversation, relevant account identifiers, and call/payment times. Use the report's evidence controls and check its deadline.
Do not submit screenshots containing illegal child sexual abuse imagery. That topic has a separate written-report process.
Check the published windows
The report overview gives members 72 hours from a call/payment to report an issue and describes a 72-hour window to dispute a resolution through support.
Its investigation and evidence timings differ from another help page. Treat the actual case instructions as the immediate deadline, respond promptly, and ask support to clarify any conflict. An estimated review period is not guaranteed receipt of a refund.
Read the outcome
The guide describes refunded, inconclusive, and penalty-related outcomes. Lack of evidence can affect the decision; an inconclusive result is not a finding that every allegation was false.
For an appeal, identify the disputed conclusion and any overlooked evidence. Do not assume repeated submissions create unlimited reviews or automatically stop an existing decision.
