Remove or hide CAM4 wall comments

Deleting a comment you wrote and hiding comments on your own profile are different actions. Choose the control that matches the result you want.

Delete a comment you posted

Find your comment on the other person's wall and use the delete control beside it. CAM4's newer guidance shows a trash icon; older versions show an X.

Review the intended comment before confirming. Do not assume the control applies to every comment another person has made.

Hide comments on your own wall

Open My Account → Profile → Customize Profile and find Chat Wall Settings. Change the setting for displaying other people's comments and save.

This hides the wall comments from the profile presentation; it does not delete those comments from the system.

Be careful with bulk controls

Older profile-option guidance includes Delete All My Comments. If that control is available, use it only when you intend to remove all of your posted comments rather than one item.

Hiding or deleting a wall comment does not ban the person from your live room or report misconduct. Use the relevant moderation or support route when those actions are also needed.
