Change the email address on your CAM4 account
Adding an address and making it your primary address are separate steps. Complete both if you want CAM4 account messages and password recovery to use the new email.
Add the address
- 1.Open your avatar menu and select My Account.
- 2.Go to Account Settings → Email and Notifications.
- 3.Choose New email address, enter the address, and save.
- 4.Enter the SMS confirmation code requested by the account.
Check the spelling before saving. The new address should then appear among the addresses associated with your account.
Make it primary
Open the three-dot menu beside the new address and choose the primary-address option. Complete the additional SMS confirmation.
Return to the list to check which address is marked primary. Simply adding an address does not automatically make it the recovery address.
Keep access to your current email and verification phone until the change is complete. If a code or account email is missing, contact official CAM4 support rather than sharing credentials with someone offering to change it for you.
