Change your CAM4 password
Use your signed-in account's security area to replace a password you still know. If you cannot log in, use the password-reset route instead.
Open the security settings
- 1.Open your avatar menu.
- 2.Choose Your Account or My Account.
- 3.Select Account Settings → Security.
- 4.Follow the password-change form and save the replacement.
Use a password unique to CAM4. Follow the requirements displayed by the actual form; older help pages give conflicting advice about accepted characters.
Keep account access secure
Do not send the replacement password to a moderator, viewer, or unsolicited support contact. If a suspicious message prompted the change, navigate to CAM4 independently rather than using the message's login link.

If the form rejects a password or you cannot receive a confirmation, record the error without exposing the password and contact official support. Repeatedly changing unrelated email or phone settings is not a substitute for resolving the stated problem.
