Put a CAM4 My Shop item on sale
Use the Broadcaster Dashboard's Item Sale control for an existing My Shop item. A sale changes that item's price; it does not replace the upload or approval process.
Start the sale
- 1.Find the item in your Shop management area.
- 2.Open Item Sale.
- 3.Set the sale duration.
- 4.Enter the discounted viewer price and fan price as applicable.
- 5.Confirm that each discounted price is below the original price.
- 6.Start the sale and check the listing.
Review the two audiences separately so a fan price is not accidentally presented as the price every visitor pays.
Change or end it
Reopen Item Sale to review the configured details and end time. You can end the sale early through its confirmation process.
The documented workflow does not let you edit the discounted price while the sale runs. End that sale and create another if you need a different amount.
Check the buyer-facing result
The item's public presentation identifies the sale price. Check it before promoting the offer and remove outdated price promises from any messages you control.
A sale does not guarantee purchases or give subscribers automatic access to every Shop item.
