Reset a forgotten CAM4 password

Use Forgot password beneath the official CAM4 login form when you cannot remember the password. Enter the primary email address associated with the account and follow the reset email.

If the message does not arrive

Check the address you entered, spam or junk folders, blocked senders, and account-email delivery settings. Repeatedly entering another address will not redirect a reset for the original account.

CAM4's guidance says support cannot disclose a forgotten primary email address. Contact official support about your circumstances without assuming it can reveal that information or bypass its account checks.

If you still have legitimate access to the account, review the registered addresses through account settings instead of guessing.

Protect the replacement password

Open the account flow independently if an unsolicited message claims you need an urgent reset to receive money. Do not provide the new password or a confirmation code in chat.

A new account is not a replacement for the original account's balance, media, verification, or studio records. Resolve those matters with support before treating a second registration as the answer to lost access.
