Delete your CAM4 account
CAM4 describes account deletion as permanent. If you only want a break from broadcasting, do not use deletion as a temporary offline switch.
Check outstanding matters first
Review any earnings, payout requests, records you need, and studio arrangements before deleting the account. Ask support to resolve outstanding payment questions; deletion is not a withdrawal request.
If you have a paid Gold membership, CAM4 says to cancel it with the payment processor. Do not assume deleting the account cancels recurring billing automatically.
Find the deletion control
- 1.Sign in and open your avatar menu.
- 2.Choose My Account → Account Settings.
- 3.Open Account and select Delete Account.
- 4.Read the confirmation and proceed only if you intend permanent deletion.
CAM4's published guidance says an account deleted at your request cannot be restored. Returning requires another account with a different email address. Do not rely on being able to reverse the decision after confirming.
