Respond to the review

Read the relevant booking or purchase record first. Write a factual response that explains the issue without exposing the member's personal information.

A response does not increase your own rating merely because it is published. The rating comes from qualifying reviews, not replies to them.

Request a review by support

AdultWork says feedback removal is exceptional, with examples including disclosure of a real name, address, or phone number. Use the official reporting form when that occurs and identify the specific content.

An unfavorable opinion is not automatically removable. Do not promise a customer that their review will be deleted, or make another booking to offset it artificially.
