How AdultWork Direct Messenger Works for Creators

Direct Messenger lets Seeking Services members contact creators through messaging. It is separate from timed DirectIM sessions.

Price and fees

Open the Messenger settings control and choose Set Price Per Message. AdultWork lists a range of 0.2–2 credits per message, applied across your conversations.

Its guidance lists a 15% facility fee deducted from payments received for messages. Confirm the current rate displayed before changing your pricing; this fee is separate from other applicable fees or withdrawal deductions.

Activity and blocking

Unread-message indicators appear across the site. A green indicator shows a member online on Messenger; otherwise a last-online time may appear.

Your Blocked Senders list also applies to Messenger. You can block someone through a conversation's three-dot menu, which adds them to that list.

Turn Messenger off

Use the disable toggle in Profile Monetisation to stop receiving new messages. Creators cannot start conversations with other creators through this product.
