Why a Client Is Missing From AdultWork Client Connections

A booking or content purchase does not guarantee that a member appears in Client Connections. The customer controls whether to participate, and AdultWork applies additional account conditions.

Published visibility conditions

Client Connections lists Seeking Services accounts with an active membership and a verified email address. Participation must be enabled, and the member must have used the site during the preceding 12 months.

If any requirement is not met, their absence may be expected.

Check the transaction separately

Use the booking, purchase record, or Credits Statement when confirming what happened. A missing Client Connections entry does not establish that the transaction failed or the credits disappeared.

Respect the member's choice not to appear. Do not pressure someone to change privacy settings simply so you can add them to marketing activity.
