Use the appropriate tool

Check Leave Feedback to see whether the booking qualifies. Describe what happened factually and avoid publishing personal information or making claims you cannot substantiate.

If you do not want further emails or booking requests from the member, use Blocked Senders. Remember that this does not necessarily block every product, including DirectChat calls.

Report rule breaches separately

Harassment, prohibited requests, or fraud concerns should be reported through the relevant platform process with evidence. A disappointing inquiry or a customer deciding not to book is not automatically a rule breach.

Do not create an artificial booking simply to leave a rating. Use your records and the available legitimate tools, and let support assess any enforcement concern.
