Why AdultWork SMS Chat Messages May Be Missing

A delayed or missing text can result from the handset, mobile network, message format, or credit requirements in the SMS service.

Check the phone and message

Make sure the phone is on, has reception, and has space for messages. Ask whether the message used an emoji or other content that could turn it into MMS; AdultWork's two-way service supports SMS rather than MMS.

Network delivery can be delayed even when the site sent the message.

Check the correct credit requirement

AdultWork's related pages describe a 0.99-credit SMS amount but do not consistently explain the payer from every account perspective. Do not assume a creator must buy credits merely to receive every work inquiry. Ask support to inspect the particular message and account if the financial status is unclear.

For a verification-code problem rather than a customer conversation, use the mobile-verification troubleshooting process instead.
