How to Offer SMS Chat on AdultWork

Verify your mobile number, then enable SMS Chat in Registration Details.

Reply through the message you receive

AdultWork routes a member's message to your phone. The sending number is a service number, not necessarily the customer's personal number.

Reply only once to each incoming message. The guidance says extra replies to the same message are ignored. Keep messages as plain text: its two-way service does not support messages converted to MMS through emojis or other content.

Credits and phone costs

AdultWork lists 0.99 credits per qualifying reply, provided the recipient has sufficient credits. Your network may charge its normal text rate even though AdultWork does not charge you for sending the reply.

If you only want contact by SMS

The separate Allow SMS option permits SMS contact without necessarily offering the paid SMS Chat service. Review which feature is enabled rather than assuming every text is an earning event.
