How to Let Clients Call You for Pre-Booked Phone Chat

If you want a client to call you for an arranged Phone Chat session, enter the receiving number in the Phone Chat Number field in the phone settings linked from AdultWork's guidance.

Check the arrangement

Agree who will place the call before confirming the session. A pre-booked call is different from DirectChat's automatic routing system.

Entering your number allows that booking arrangement; do not assume it provides the same number-hiding protection as DirectChat.

If you prefer to call the client

AdultWork's privacy guidance says leaving Phone Chat Number empty means clients submitting bookings must provide their number for you to call instead. Check caller-ID handling with your phone provider if keeping your number private is important.

Keep the setting consistent with the service you describe so both parties know how the session will start.
