A member submits a Phone Chat booking with a proposed time and credit amount. Review those details before accepting or rejecting it.

Check before starting

Confirm the correct date, UK site time, credit amount, and who is calling whom. Depending on your settings, the client calls your supplied number or you call the number on their booking.

AdultWork says not to conduct the session until the client has confirmed it. Check that status in the booking itself; an informal message is not a substitute.

Know the related access

AdultWork says a confirmed Phone Chat booking gives the member free movie access from five minutes before until five minutes after its scheduled time.

If a call fails, check whether credits are still in escrow before choosing the refund route. Pre-booked Phone Chat is different from DirectChat's automatically routed calls.
