How to Show as Available Now for Phone Chat

Use AdultWork's I am available option when you are ready to take Phone Chat sessions.

Keep the status accurate

AdultWork says availability automatically ends after two hours unless renewed. Members with a verified mobile may receive an SMS offering the option to make themselves available again.

Your status can also switch off if a Phone Chat request remains unanswered for 15 minutes, or if you decline an incoming DirectChat call. These changes do not trigger the renewal SMS.

If calls stop unexpectedly

Check the current availability status before assuming a phone or payment fault. Renew it only when you can actually take calls, and make yourself unavailable when you finish.

This live status is different from your typical working hours. A saved schedule does not mean Available Now remains enabled indefinitely.
