Why You Cannot Leave AdultWork Feedback or a Rating

AdultWork applies different eligibility rules to each booking or session type. Written feedback and a numerical rating are not always available together.

Check the relevant factors

Look for the booking in Leave Feedback and review its date, confirmation, value, and duration. General guidance excludes blocked senders and some deleted or archived bookings.

The published pages describe four-minute thresholds for DirectCam and DirectChat and a credit threshold for pre-booked Phone Chat. However, they differ on exact boundary conditions and the phone waiting period. Ask support about the specific record if it falls near a threshold rather than relying on an inconsistent summary.

For in-person booking records, confirmation also affects whether only text or a numerical rating is available.

Do not create another transaction to manufacture eligibility. Include the booking reference and exact status when asking support to inspect a missing review option.
