How to Set Up Lovense Webcam 2

Lovense Webcam 2 can be used for webcam streaming with features including Auto Framing, gesture controls, AI Zoom, audio modes and tip-activated camera positions.

Its setup differs from the original Lovense Webcam, so the two cameras are covered separately.

Step 1: Attach the webcam to its mount

Attach Lovense Webcam 2 to the included magnetic mount.

You can clip the mount to your computer screen or attach it to a compatible stand or tripod using the 1/4-inch screw hole on the base.

Step 2: Connect the webcam

Connect Webcam 2 to your computer using the included USB cable.

Lovense recommends connecting it directly to your computer or using a powered USB hub to avoid insufficient power.

Step 3: Set up the software

Lovense currently requires OBS Studio during the initial software setup of Webcam 2.

You have two main options:

OBS Studio + Lovense OBS Toolset

Install OBS Studio and the Lovense OBS Toolset.

This option is suitable when you're using the Lovense Cam Extension.

Lovense Stream Master

Stream Master includes built-in OBS functionality, so you can open OBS directly from Stream Master.

Step 4: Add Lovense Webcam 2 to OBS

In OBS, add a new Video Capture Device and select Lovense Webcam 2.

You can then access the camera's additional settings.

Step 5: Enable the features you want

Lovense Webcam 2 includes several optional features.

Auto Framing

Auto Framing automatically adjusts the camera to keep you centered as you move.

It can be used for single-person or multi-person framing.

Gesture controls

You can enable gesture controls to operate features such as zoom without returning to your computer.

AI Zoom

AI Zoom can automatically follow a selected target and adjust the frame.

Lovense currently provides Half-Body and Head targeting options.

Audio modes

Webcam 2 also provides several audio modes:

• Voice Focus
• Noise Cancellation
• Music & Voice Balance

These let you adjust how your voice and surrounding audio are captured.

Step 6: Connect Webcam 2 to your cam site

Once you've completed the setup, you can use the camera with your streaming platform.

When streaming through OBS, select the appropriate OBS virtual camera as your video source on the cam site.

Webcam 2 is compatible with major streaming platforms and streaming tools including OBS.

Can viewers activate camera movements with tips?

Yes.

When using the Lovense Cam Extension or Stream Master, you can create preset camera positions and assign token amounts and durations to them.

When a viewer sends the required tip, Webcam 2 can move to the preset view and return after the configured duration.

Can I control Lovense Webcam 2 from my phone?

Yes.

The Remote Adjust feature provides mobile controls after you scan the displayed QR code.

Your phone and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

From your phone, you can access features including camera adjustment, Auto Framing and compatible advanced settings.
