How to Check Your Lovense Toy Connection With Toy Status
Toy Status lets you check whether your Lovense toy is successfully connected to your camming setup.
It's particularly useful before starting a broadcast or when troubleshooting a toy that isn't responding to tips.
Where is Toy Status?
Open the Lovense Cam Extension and find Toy Status.
This section shows your current toy connection and provides options for connecting through supported methods.
Connect using Lovense Connect on your phone
If your toy is connected through the Lovense Connect mobile app:
- 1.Turn on and pair your toy in Lovense Connect.
- 2.Open Toy Status in the Cam Extension.
- 3.Choose the QR code connection option.
- 4.Scan the displayed QR code using Lovense Connect.
- 5.Wait for the connection to complete.
Your toy should then appear as connected.
Connect using a Windows PC
Lovense also supports connecting a toy through Lovense Connect for PC.
This method can use a compatible Lovense USB Bluetooth Adapter to communicate with your toy.
Once the toy is paired, check Toy Status to confirm the Cam Extension recognizes the connection.
What should Toy Status show?
Once everything is working correctly, your connected toy should appear within Toy Status.
You can then continue setting up your cam site, Basic Levels and other interactive features.
Why does my toy show as disconnected?
If your toy isn't appearing, check that:
- The toy is switched on and charged.
- Bluetooth is enabled where required.
- The toy is paired in Lovense Connect.
- Lovense Connect is still running.
- You've completed the QR code connection when using the mobile app.
- Your computer supports the connection method you're trying to use.
Lovense specifically uses Lovense Connect, rather than the standard Lovense Remote app, for this Cam Extension setup.
