How to Clear Your Public Chat on Stripchat

Stripchat lets you clear the conversation from your public room if you want to remove the existing chat history during a broadcast.

How to clear the chat

Open the three-dot menu in your public chat and select Clear Chat.

Messages written by you and your viewers will disappear from the chat.

Does Clear Chat remove everything?

No.

Stripchat keeps certain system-generated activity visible.

For example, messages created by features such as tips and chatbots can remain after you clear the conversation.

Clearing the chat also isn't the same as banning or muting someone. If you're trying to stop a particular viewer from continuing to message in your room, use Stripchat's moderation controls instead.
