Check whether a SkyPrivate support contact is genuine
Open SkyPrivate Support independently if someone contacts you unexpectedly. A copied staff name or logo does not establish their identity.
Use platform information carefully
The plugin guide describes a SkyPrivate Admin indicator for recognized support accounts. Treat an absent or unclear indicator as a reason to verify through official support, not as proof that the person is safe.
Do not rely on a member-provided screenshot of that indicator. The real account and plugin status matter.
Recognize suspicious requests
SkyPrivate's scam guidance says staff do not request explicit verification performances, account passwords, or identity documents through unsolicited Teams or Discord conversations.
A technical contact should relate to a support case you initiated and can confirm. Do not grant remote access simply because someone claims to be the technical team.
Verify payments in your own transaction history. Even an official-looking email or chat notice should not replace the account record when deciding whether a prepaid show has been paid for.
