Ask SkyPrivate to review a rating
Rating moderation is for ratings that breach SkyPrivate's policy, not simply feedback you disagree with. A low score, short call, or technical complaint is not automatically removable.
Identify a policy reason
The documented grounds include private personal information, offensive content, and ratings connected to a report decided in the model's favor. Evidence of blackmail or a complaint about something outside the actual agreement can also be relevant to a review request.
Explain the specific issue and provide the complete relevant conversation. Do not selectively crop messages so they misrepresent the agreement.
Submit promptly
SkyPrivate's guidance asks for the supporting case within 48 hours for the evidence-based review route. Use the official support or moderation process and identify the rating, member, session, and relevant messages clearly.
The policy also lists a fully completed review—stars, all four component evaluations, and a written comment—among exclusions from the evidence-based route. Default policy violations have separate criteria.
The team reviews the evidence; submission does not guarantee removal. An accepted removal takes down the rating rather than letting you choose a replacement star score. The documented process allows one appeal.
Keep the public response separate
You can also post a public reply within the separate seven-day response window. Check it carefully because it cannot be edited afterward. A reply does not open a moderation case, and a moderation request does not extend the reply deadline.
