Respond to a report against your SkyPrivate account

If a member reports an issue, review the case through History → Reports. A report is a request for investigation, not proof that the member's account of events has been accepted.

Read the case and deadline

Check the complaint, related transaction, analyst questions, and any response deadline shown in the case. Respond promptly; do not assume every report has the same deadline.

Explain what was agreed and what happened in chronological order. Include the relevant session or payment details so the explanation can be checked against the account records.

Submit supporting evidence

Use the report's screenshot controls to add relevant conversation images. The documented uploader accepts five screenshots per batch; repeat the upload if further relevant evidence is needed.

Preserve context and make sure names, times, and messages remain readable. Never upload illegal imagery, passwords, or unrelated private material.

The case information can be visible to the member, model, and analyst. Write on that basis rather than treating the comments as a confidential staff-only conversation.

If an agreed refund can resolve the problem, discuss it through the appropriate support or account process. Submitting a response does not itself authorize or complete a refund, and no particular case outcome is guaranteed.
