Report impersonation connected with SkyPrivate
A Telegram, Discord, or Teams account can copy a staff name or picture. Confirm unexpected requests through SkyPrivate's official website before acting on them.
Stop and preserve the relevant details
Do not share a password, login code, identity document, or payment in response to the suspicious message.
Keep the account username or ID, relevant message timestamps, links where available, and non-explicit screenshots showing the request. Avoid sending unnecessary private information or illegal imagery.
Report through the right services
Contact SkyPrivate through support reached from the official website and explain which account claimed to represent it. Include the identifiers and relevant conversation so the team can investigate.
Also use Telegram's, Discord's, or Teams' own reporting and blocking controls for the impersonating account. SkyPrivate cannot directly remove another company's user accounts.
If a real SkyPrivate member is involved, use the member-report process as well so the issue can be associated with the platform account.
If you already acted
Change a shared password through the genuine account site and review active sessions or security settings. Tell official support what happened so it can advise on the affected account. Do not continue following instructions from the suspicious contact to “reverse” the problem.
