Set your SkyPrivate per-minute prices

Open Settings → Price to review your default rate. Enter the amount requested by the form and select Save.

Add a member-specific rate

In Set Custom Prices, choose Add Member, enter the required member/service information, and set the intended price.

The guide describes one custom rate for a given member/service combination and warns against duplicate entries. Check existing rules before adding another record for the same person.

Communicate the actual price

Tell the member the rate before starting. Do not quietly change a price immediately before a call or assume the person agreed because they contacted you earlier.

A rate change is not a guarantee of better customers or more income. Consider what you offer, the time involved, and the results in your own records rather than treating a promotional price recommendation as a compulsory minimum.

Minimum call duration is a separate setting with exceptions. Review that control and the service's billing confirmation before promising a particular minimum charge.
