Understand why new SkyPrivate media is not visible

New profile media can need moderation before visitors can see it. Upload completion and public approval are separate stages.

Allow for the review window

SkyPrivate describes content moderation as typically taking up to 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. This is a review target, not a guarantee of publication at an exact time.

Check the media's status in your profile settings. Repeatedly uploading the same item is not a reliable way to speed up approval and can make it harder to track which version is pending.

Distinguish media review from profile visibility

Pending new content does not by itself mean your existing profile has been penalized. Previously approved material can remain visible while a new upload waits for review.

A newly registered profile also has separate verification and publication requirements. Completing a video upload does not bypass those checks.

If an item is rejected or delayed

Read any rejection message and compare the content with SkyPrivate's rules. Address the actual issue before submitting a replacement.

If the documented review window has passed without a clear status, contact official support with the item and upload details. Do not assume an older promise of rapid appearance means every upload will become visible within minutes.
