Use your iPhone camera for a SkyPrivate preview on Mac
Camo can make your iPhone's camera available to your Mac. Use Camo Camera on the iPhone and Camo Studio on the Mac together.
Set up Camo
- 1.Follow the manufacturer's setup guide to install both apps and check current compatibility.
- 2.Put Camo Studio in your Mac's Applications folder and complete any camera-extension permission prompts.
- 3.Open the apps and connect the iPhone by USB. Check that Camo Studio shows the live camera image.
- 4.If you prefer wireless pairing, use Pair Camo Camera in Camo Studio and scan its QR code with Camo Camera's wireless pairing control.
Keep the phone stable and check your framing before recording.
Select the camera in SkyPrivate
Open the SkyPrivate plugin's Record a preview tool and look for Camo in the camera list. Select it, record your preview, and post the version you want to use.
If Camo works in its own window but is missing from the recorder, check its camera extension and app permissions, then reopen the recorder. Device setup and SkyPrivate's publication review are separate stages.
