Create prepaid guest session packages on SkyPrivate

Guest packages let you publish prepaid offers for visitors, including people who do not have a regular SkyPrivate member account. Set the offer clearly so the purchaser knows what is included.

Create the offer

Open the Store's Packages area and enable the package categories you want to use. SkyPrivate documents options for single sessions, multiple sessions, and text-based offers.

Choose Add package, enter the requested details and price, and check the published offer. Disable categories or packages you do not intend to provide.

Describe the duration, delivery arrangement, and boundaries accurately. Do not promise a service you cannot or are not permitted to deliver.

Verify and fulfill a purchase

A purchase notification can help you find an order, but verify the actual payment or order in your own account before arranging the session. An email or screenshot supplied by the guest is not sufficient confirmation by itself.

Agree how and when the session will take place. Use the prepaid workflow appropriate to the calling service so the guest is not accidentally charged again through pay-per-minute billing.

If you cannot fulfill the package, resolve the order through the appropriate refund or support process rather than leaving the guest without a response.
