Review your SkyPrivate earnings and activity

Use History → All Payments for transaction records and the dashboard's Period Income chart for a period summary. Match the date filters before comparing totals.

Set the account time zone

Open Settings → Account → Contact Details, choose the intended time zone, and save.

The same setting affects displayed activity and booking times. Review it before publishing a schedule or investigating a transaction that appears on an unexpected day.

Investigate a difference

Separate the amount recorded for a transaction from the applicable revenue share, bonus balance, requested withdrawal, and money already received.

Compare like-for-like periods and categories. A different summary is not, by itself, proof that a payment disappeared.

If the figures remain unclear, contact support with the transaction date, amount, category, and reference. For studio-linked accounts, include the relevant studio statement or payment arrangement rather than assuming an independent-account withdrawal view tells the whole story.
