Find account and member information

The profile area gives access to account details, balance information, and the withdrawal route. Your calling price can also be adjusted through the chat's available rate controls.

When you open a member conversation, use the member information panel to review details such as ratings, previous calls, and your notes. Call records can help you check dates, durations, and earnings without relying on memory.

Use the relevant account payment history for an actual prepayment or withdrawal question. A chat message is not proof of a completed transaction.

Know which controls are available during a call

Camera, microphone, and speaker selections are accessed through the settings control while a call is active. Check each device if the picture works but the sound does not.

SkyPrivate Chat does not provide message editing or deletion in the documented workflow. Read your message before sending, especially when confirming a price, duration, or boundary. Keep any correction clear in a follow-up message so the conversation accurately records the agreement.
