What the My.Club Digital Twin does

The Digital Twin is My.Club's AI feature for audience conversations and offers based on media you provide. Its personality, appearance, sound, and sale content depend on your setup.

Offline operation and audience access

My.Club says the Twin can operate while you are offline. Closing the browser therefore should not be treated as switching the feature off.

The help guide describes different access for guests and subscribers: unregistered visitors have a limited number of messages before signup is requested, and certain mature conversational content is blurred for nonmembers.

These feature descriptions do not mean every visitor receives identical access or every interaction produces income.

Language and accuracy

My.Club's published language article lists English support. Check current feature settings or support before promising another language; the article's plans for future languages are not a launch date.

The Twin is automated and can select unsuitable media or respond inaccurately. Review its setup, keep sale folders appropriate, and use the pause or disable controls when needed.

Do not describe every automated conversation as your personal live attention. Clear expectations help fans understand what they are purchasing and who or what is responding.
