Pause or turn off your My.Club Digital Twin

My.Club provides a conversation-level control and a broader Twin setting. Choose the one that matches whether you want to take over one chat or stop the automated feature more generally.

Pause one conversation

Use the Twin switch at the top of the relevant chat window. Check the conversation and switch state before continuing manually.

Pausing one chat should not be treated as confirmation that every other conversation has stopped.

Disable the feature

Open Digital Twin from your profile menu, select the gear icon, and turn off the enable switch. My.Club's guide identifies it as the Digital Twin activation control.

Review the resulting setting rather than relying only on leaving the page or closing the browser. The Twin is designed to operate while you are offline.

If you are stopping it because of a problem, preserve the relevant conversation or media details and contact help@my.club. Do not assume disabling it reverses previous sales or removes messages already sent.
