Offer custom content through a My.Club Request Menu
The Request Menu lets fans purchase specific extras you offer. Define the content and delivery period clearly so you can fulfill each accepted order.
Build the menu
- 1.Open Account Settings → Request Menu, or select Create request menu on your profile.
- 2.Use + Add Request to create an item.
- 3.Enter the requested details and save the menu.
My.Club allows up to 10 items. You can switch off the whole menu using its main toggle or disable individual items separately.
Manage expectations
Describe what an item includes, its limits, and when you will deliver it. Fans may add details to a request, but those details do not require you to provide prohibited content or activities outside your boundaries.
My.Club says a purchased request is automatically refunded if you do not deliver within the specified period. Pause items you cannot currently fulfill rather than continuing to accept orders.
A menu listing is an offer, not permission to bypass platform rules or arrange payment elsewhere.
