Set up paid video calls on My.Club
My.Club's video-call feature lets fans buy minutes and request calls. It is disabled by default under the published setup guide.
Configure calls
- 1.Open Account Settings → Video Calls.
- 2.Select the per-minute price and continue with Next.
- 3.Add any additional minute packs and discounts you want, then continue.
- 4.Choose notification options and select Save & Activate.
- 5.Set an availability schedule if you want calls limited to particular times.
Review the prices and schedule before announcing the service. A fan can keep purchased minutes for multiple calls; buying a pack does not mean every minute must be used in one session.
Explain how requests work
Fans can use your profile's Video Call control, Request Menu where configured, or the camera control in chat. An offline creator may not receive a call, so avoid promising availability when you are away.
Share the call page
In Account Settings, select Share → Make Video Calls with You and copy the supplied link.
Follow the rules of the site where you post it. A dedicated call landing page does not guarantee that external platforms permit the link, imagery, or promotion.
