Choose your My.Club notification preferences
My.Club groups notifications by activity type. Set them according to what you need to monitor, especially messages, new members, and payment-related account activity.
Change the preferences
- 1.Open your profile menu and choose Notifications.
- 2.Select the relevant area: Your Club, Clubs You Follow, Messages, or Newsletter.
- 3.Enable or disable the available Email, Push, or Telegram Bot options.
- 4.Choose the events you want reported through each channel.
Your Club contains creator activity, while Clubs You Follow concerns accounts you follow yourself. Changing one area does not necessarily change every notification category.
Check delivery too
For push alerts, review your phone or browser permissions as well as the account preferences. For email, check the correct mailbox and spam folder.
A missing alert does not prove an event or transaction did not occur. Review the underlying message, club, or earnings record before assuming nothing happened.
